Oversized
Waste
Oversized waste is not picked up
for free. You may call Waste Management at 941-493-4100, for
the cost to have oversized waste picked up. Some
examples of oversized items are below:
- basketball poles
- bathtubs
- Christmas trees over 6
feet tall
- construction debris
(exceeding 4, 32-gallon containers)
- garage doors and openers
- large glass windows and
tabletops
- large mirrors
- exercise equipment
- mailboxes on posts

- riding lawn mowers
- pianos and organs
- playground equipment
- sheds
- sliding glass doors
- tree debris that exceeds
40 pounds or is unprepared
- unprepared garbage where
items are not canned, bagged or bundled
- vehicle seats
