Due to the success of the 2010
symposium, the Sarasota County Public Safety Symposium is back
with another exciting program, Ethics In Leadership. The saying,
“lead by example” has never been a more important code of
conduct than it is today.
Ethics in Leadership is vital to the role of any Emergency
Services worker to serve their community well. The best leaders
exhibit both their values and ethics in their leadership style
and actions on a daily basis. It is important to know what your
values are if you expect those you lead to follow the same
values and understand the behavior they should display.
You will find this symposium to
be a great opportunity to network with fellow emergency services
workers and gain insight into a most important aspect of any
